Gaskets
Non- Metallic Gaskets
Non-Metallic Gaskets are made of Graphite with or without insertion, Asbestos-free, Rubber or Teflon materials. Soft gaskets are used in a wide range of applications. It can be produced in a variety of cut shapes or can be provided in sheet or rolls.
Spiral Wound
Spiral wound type gaskets suitable for wide range of operating conditions and can be adapted to suit almost all applications. Spiral wound type gaskets are a combination of a filler winding materials made from graphite, PTFE or mica and a profiled metal are available which enable the gasket to meet the requirement of varied operating conditions. Metallic outer and inner ring can be attached as required by operating condition and application.
Solid Metal Gasket
Solid metal gasket are used in application where temperature and pressure rule out the use of traditional gasket materials. These gasket can be of unlimited size and shape. And the metal used for gasket should be softer than the metal in the mating surfaces. Solid metal gaskets are often used in combination with soft facing such as expanded graphite (Plain or Crinkle Tape) or Expanded PTFE. The soft sealing facing is chosen with regards to media and temperature
Ring Joint Gaskets
Ring Joint Gaskets are metallic sealing rings suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications and are fitted in ring grooves. They are widely used in the Oil / Petrochemical industry and in valves and pipe work. Choice of material may be determined to suit higher temperatures and aggressive media. They comply with ASME B16.20 standards and API spec 6A.
Insulation Kits
Insulating kits/sets are designed to be used with our specialty line of high-strength, high-reliability insulating gaskets and are available for use in all types of flanges including raised-face, flat-face and RTJ. The gaskets and kits are sized according to the relevant flange specification including ANSI, API, DIN, BS, AS, MSSP, etc. Special insulating set configurations can be manufactured upon request for custom requirements that don’t conform to standard specifications.
